If you want to grow as a leader, I suggest you add this title to your library. Between those words are gaps within gaps that need to be closed to be a successful, trusted, and productive leader. It had a lot of really great ideas and was quite thought provoking. Holding a position of leadership is not the same thing as being a good leader.
His new book, Hacking Leadership Wiley will be in bookstores everywhere on December 16th, and is available for pre-order now. Many seem to be praising this book, so perhaps I should offer some negativity.
