Unfortunately, from the start this is was a very trying novel. The story line was okay but the characters were a bit dull to me. I read some the reviews here and I thought I knew that this book was going to be a parody of ‘Twilight’ and the likes. I read as many pages last night, in a span of only a few hours, as i had for 5 days trying to get through the earlier sections.

In Cabot’s book, a human must be bitten three times by a vampire and drink that vampire’s blood in order to be turned. I did lots of these during Cabot’s vampire novel. After poor sales, the series was discontinued.
Now might be a good time for Meena to start learning to predict her own future… If she even has one. Lists with This Book. He was funny in his completely arrogant and self-centered way.
The only person that came through is the dorky vampire hunter Alaric and his plot is why I kept reading the book. But like I said before, I adored this review! What’s not to like?
Its not all fluff and hearts and sparkles, but I still really enjoyed Inxatiable character. Meg is now writing a new children’s series called Allie Finkle’s Rules for Girls. Very solid, slightly predictable, plot that has your standard Vampire, Vampire Hunter and the girl who’s stuck in the middle, with a variety of characters to chose amongst your favorites.
An enjoyable aspect of this book was the way that the vampires had infiltrated Insqtiable York society, down to product placement in a soap opera. Looking In, Looking Out. And yet, I still picked the other team this time.

The book opens just after Heather has gotten a job as a residence house coordinator at New York College and quickly discovers that young girls in the dorm are being murdered. I had read some reviews that referred to it as the anti-Twilight, and while I liked Twilight, I thought it would be nice to see the flip-side. I loved this book so much!!!
